Erie County, Pennsylvania Warrant Search
Arrest warrants issued in Erie County are public information. Unless sealed, arrest warrants become public information once they are executed or 72 hours after they are issued, whichever occurs first, Pa. Code Rule 513 (C)(1). Once either period lapses, the arrest warrant information becomes open for public inspection.
The Erie County Sheriff's Office Criminal Division/Warrants Unit is responsible for enforcing warrants and locating individuals wanted by Erie County or by other states and detained in Erie County.
